You will take inbound calls from our customers helping them with queries about their existing policies.

You will also be required to support customers who are unable to complete our online journey

You will make outbound calls to our customers to confirm policies are correct

You will be responsible for managing team diaries and inboxes.

You will demonstrate a real interest in people and be able to communicate effectively with members of the public and their families. This is a “people” focused role and requires individuals who enjoy engaging with a wide variety of elderly customers. To take an active interest in getting to know every customer and become a trusted friend.

You will support our guests and property owners across the UK, answering booking queries, sharing stay information, offering guidance and resolving any issues quickly and kindly. Your focus will be to create a smooth and positive experience for every customer.

You will set expectations and maintain communication throughout vehicle service, while also upselling additional products. The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a basic salary of £30,000 and additional benefits including holiday and discounts.

You must be PC literate Self-motivated and able to work using your initiative Strong Administration experience (organised, efficient etc)
