You will be a valued member of a team, providing support through a variety of communications, accurate recording of data and various tasks that impact on our services, taking inbound and outbound calls from our branches and customers.

You will develop expertise in banking practices and gain a deep understanding of our customers, products and services.

You will assist them with a wide range of personal and business banking needs, ensuring a positive in-branch experience. ​Handling a significant volume of inbound telephone calls.

You will be representing iconic brands and playing a very important role in ongoing business success while developing your skills in events environments. This opportunity provides great opportunity for progression whilst also offering uncapped financial incentives.

You will take inbound calls from our customers helping them with queries about their existing policies.

You will also be required to support customers who are unable to complete our online journey

You will make outbound calls to our customers to confirm policies are correct
