You will be office based, working under the guidance of Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers to turn their 2D concepts into 3D Revit models for building services and MEP systems. This role is 100% CAD focused and will see you working across a broad range of projects the company are servicing.

You will be expected to check and amend designs and mentor junior team members. As a Revit MEP Technician you will be expected to complete electrical and mechanical designs for major residential, commercial, healthcare, leisure and retail schemes using Revit.

You will also be required to complete; - 3D design of Mechanical, Electrical and Public services.

You will play a key part in designing and managing mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards, client requirements, and budget constraints. Please Note: Due to the nature of the work undertaken successful applicants will need to have active UK SC Clearance or the ability to gain UK SC clearance.
