You will work closely with Architects and Designers, using your technical knowledge to bring projects through to completion. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and coordinate detailed technical drawings and construction packages. - Work within project teams to support delivery across all RIBA stages.

You will work closely with our experienced MEP engineers and fellow BIM specialists on a diverse range of projects spanning sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, residential, and more. This role offers the chance to contribute at all project stages – from concept and detailed design through to construction coordination and handover.

You must have a wealth of Residential and Housing experience as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit and be able to hit the ground running.

You will have good attention to detail, be able to hit deadlines, liaise accordingly with consultants and external clients and communicate efficiently.

You will create data-rich 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using Autodesk Revit, covering various sectors, including Healthcare and Education. Responsibilities include setting up project models and managing model health. The role demands proficiency in automation tools like Dynamo and familiarity with BIM management processes.
