You will be responsible for collection, distribution, retention and archiving of documents through document management systems and work processes. The role ensures all technical documentation associated with the assigned project scope is registered, filed, transmitted, and archived in compliance with document management procedures.

You will work with the team and lead on ensuring the Quality standards and specifications required are produced, implemented throughout construction and assured for handover; achieving best in class at all times. Monthly inspections shall be required on multiple sites as well as meetings in Kilsyth.

You will lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, including the Licensing Administration Supervisor, Registrars, and Licensing Standards Officers, ensuring high performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for all catering activities within the unit including menu planning, cooking and baking, stock control, maintaining budgetary targets, administration, supervision and training of staff.

You should have previous supervisory, administration and function work experience as well as experience of ordering and controlling stock.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our key partners to monitor and manage the receipt, collection and financial spend of developer contributions to ensure compliance with planning permissions and the efficient and transparent financial management of contributions.

You should be educated to National 5 level and be proficient in various IT systems including Microsoft Office.

You will be MRICS qualified with a honours degree level qualification (or equivalent) in a property related subject.

You should have considerable to substantial experience in commercial property valuation together with demonstrable experience of marketing and negotiating sales and acquisitions of land and property.

You will have the CIH Level 4 or Level 5 Diploma in Housing, or the CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing or SVQ3 in Social Services & Healthcare and be willing to work towards the required qualification in a specified timescale.

You will require to be registered or eligible for registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).

You will be required to display initiative and creative thinking and take a professional approach to dealing with staff members at all levels, participating in the effective implementation and development of financial services to the council and appropriate external bodies.

You will require experience and understanding of core cyclical accounting activities and excellent analytical skills.
