You will set and communicate a compelling software technology vision and strategy aligned with Optos’ business objectives as well as bring extensive technical leadership and management experience from software environments—ideally medical devices, instrumentation, or regulated domains.

You will form part of a cross-functional agile team, working closely with 3-5 other engineers, led by a Tech Lead, and working closely with QA, Product and Design to deliver high-quality work for clients across a number of industries.

You will also lead the technical direction on your client project and ensure that your solutions are well understood and implemented.

You will work on building and operating backend tools for CodeFusion Studio, contributing to automation, CI/CD, and software infrastructure in a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates will have some experience in software development, familiarity with Git, and eagerness to learn about developer tooling and DevOps practices.
