You will work closely with the partners to help develop client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support the ongoing growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and limited companies. - Oversee preparation and review of statutory accounts, management accounts, and corporation tax returns.

You should be able to tick these boxes:· Administration experience, preferably in a financial planning company · A basic knowledge of investments, pensions and life assurance policies. Financial administration qualifications would be advantageous. Comfortable using different types of technology and systems, including CRM and project management systems, and a range of investment.

You will warmly welcome every client, offer expert guidance and support, while confidently managing payments, bookings, and day-to-day coordination through our online scheduling system—so solid computer literacy is essential.

You will work closely and communicate effectively within a supportive team consisting of two other Receptionists, a Practice Manager, a VCA, an RVN, and a Clinical Lead

You will act as the main point of contact for customers, resolving queries, supporting system use, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain high operational standards. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between clients and internal operations teams. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
