You will be responsible for delivering operational onboarding, induction, and skills training, as well as refresher and multi-skilling programs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver training sessions to enhance employee skills and meet the needs of the individuals we support Lead CPI, EFAW, and Moving & Handling training across regions

You will work closely with families, internal teams, and external professionals to deliver personalised, child-centred support in line with care plans and organisational standards.

You will assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and social interaction. Your focus will be on empowering the people we support to make their own choices, helping them achieve their personal goals, and promoting their dignity and respect.
