You will be expected to: Have strong positive behaviour management strategies. Ability to use your own initiative and to be flexible.

You will work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality support, nurture pupils’ confidence, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment. The salary is ETAT Grade B NJC05 which is currently £25,583 pro rata. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 3.30 Monday to Friday ( until 4.30 on Wednesdays).
