You will ensure all work is completed to a high standard, complying with health & safety regulations, and delivering excellent customer service to residents. Key Responsibilities:

You will lead an established Test Engineering organisation and play a key role in improving the consistency, effectiveness, and scalability of testing across teams, with a strong focus on quality outcomes and customer confidence. This is a player–coach role, requiring you to remain technically hands-on while also developing people, standards, and ways of working.

You will be turning internal opportunities and challenges, into tangible solutions via our internal AI product - Wubbleyou Cognition. - Your objective is to take internal problems, and build AI agents and workflows to solve these problems. This will start with project documentation.

You will be the human intelligence guiding the AI tools, ensuring that our platform is robust, bug-free, and user-friendly.

You should be comfortable recording tests (Codegen), reading the resulting TypeScript/JavaScript, and using AI to tweak it.

You will manually test new features with a critical eye, looking for UX quirks, logic gaps, and edge cases that scripts can't catch.

You will shape how our engineers build, test, release, and monitor software, ensuring frictionless workflows while keeping ownership of business logic, test quality, and development practices firmly with the product engineering teams.

You will support in reverse engineering and deep understanding of vulnerabilities, including impact analysis and automation.

You must relish the challenge of findings critical vulnerabilities in complex software binaries through automation and manual practices. Creativity is highly valued; being able to find novel vulnerabilities is essential in this role.
