You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of planners, surveyors, archaeologists, engineers and architects based in the Shrewsbury office and part of a business which is big enough for a varied range of work and opportunities but small enough to provide autonomy and a chance to really get to know everyone – expanding your skills and building new connections.

You will act as a key advisor to clients, supporting business development efforts and identifying opportunities to add value.

You will be supported in your role with line management and leadership training as well as CPD access via Tolley’s, Croner-i, Mercia and Linked In Learning as required.

You will need to hold an NVQ Level 3. All Spa Therapists are given essentials ESPA training with our in-house ESPA trainer, as well as Advanced ESPA training which is run by our ESPA supplier and therapists will be given ORLY training.
