You will required to work within the identified priority areas for the service, which will include the delivering of the Workforce Strategy, Policy Development, Organisation Design and Development, Business/Workforce Planning and Recruitment and Retention.

You should be a Graduate CIPD member with considerable operational experience post qualification.

You will collaborate closely with HR to drive improvements in team effectiveness and organisational capability. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting expertise and a track record of delivering impactful change within a complex environment. This role offers a salary range of £58,000 - £62,000 and includes high flexibility in working hours.

You will join a friendly and committed staff team supporting the mission and ministry of the parish fuelled by prayer, laughter and cake. We are open to applications from individuals seeking full or part-time hours. Oversee the effective use, security, and development of the parishs IT and digital systems, ensuring they support communication, administration, and mission delivery.

You will also work collaboratively with our partners across Cheshire and Merseyside to develop and implement effective people, culture and workforce plans across our wider system.
