You should hold an SCQF Level 4 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent. Experience in HR or knowledge of HR policy and processes would be an advantage, as would familiarity with HR systems, particularly Oracle Fusion. Previous experience in local government or the public sector will also be beneficial.

You must also be able to get to our office location when required (up to 5 days a week).

You must be eligible to obtain a certain level of security clearance as we primarily work on secure defence accounts, therefore dual nationals or visa sponsorships are not accepted on our programme.

You will work within the Cleaning Task Team to support schools, nurseries and office locations throughout the Stirling Council area where back-fill cleaning services are required due to absence or cleaning staff require additional support.
