You will be required to work flexible hours to meet customer and business needs, which may not include normal office hours

You will play a pivotal role in providing support and intervention for families going through Court processes.

You will need a deep understanding of child protection, family law, adoption, fostering, and permanency planning and be familiar with relevant legislation (e.g., Children Act 1989, Adoption and Children Act 2002, Care Planning, Placement and Case Review).

You will start your day at the delivery office, where you’ll load your vehicle with mail and parcels. You’ll then drive to your designated area and complete your deliveries on foot. With the help of a handheld device, you’ll track deliveries, capture customer signatures, and follow the efficient route mapped out for you.
