You will be responsible for planning your daily workload and driving to farms to process Farm Saved Seed. An important part of your role will be continuously checking product quality, taking samples and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for maintaining mobile and site machinery while ensuring it is clean and tidy and that Health & Safety processes are always adhered to.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and improving processes to optimise service delivery.

You will focus on meeting or exceeding homeowner and guest expectations, you will ensure services align with company best practices, achieve performance targets, and utilise resources efficiently.

You will own the hotel’s performance operationally, commercially, and culturally. You’ll lead high performing teams, optimise revenue streams, and champion a guest obsessed mindset. Your leadership will ensure exceptional guest experiences, strong EBITDA performance, and a culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
