You will take inbound calls from our customers helping them with queries about their existing policies.

You will also be required to support customers who are unable to complete our online journey

You will make outbound calls to our customers to confirm policies are correct

You will be responsible for managing team diaries and inboxes.

You will work within a skilled, motivated and multidisciplinary team that has a strong ethos of collaboration, innovation and recovery‑focused practice.

You will lead collaborative care planning with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team, maintaining a strong emphasis on safety, dignity and personalised outcomes.

You should be reliable, considerate and caring in your approach, and flexible when it comes to your work patterns. Formal qualifications aren't necessary, although any similar experience gained in a commercial or care setting would be useful.
