Payroll Specialist jobs in Coventry

You will be working as part of a dynamic payroll function which is responsible for taking ownership of weekly and month payrolls from start to finish for 1000+ employees. This position offers hybrid working. Daily duties and experience required includes: Play an integral role with the implementation of a new salary sacrifice company car scheme

You will collaborate closely with your local and regional colleagues, external vendors and internal stakeholders.

You will report to the Payroll Manager.

You will ensure compliance with local laws while aligning with global payroll standards and contributing to strategic HR Initiatives.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to support auto enrolment compliance, annual certifications, and the discovery and documentation of pension arrangements across the business.
