You will be responsible for managing all financial reporting elements for EMEA entities and branches, as well as day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring all financial information's accuracy, integrity, and timeliness. Your RoleAs our Director of Group Finance and Controls, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our European operations.

You will run a highly efficient operation managing the P&L, ensuring the end-to-end process is and effective, being aware of and tracking critical activities to ensure consistent delivery, embracing best practice, and searching for improvement.

You will have overall responsibility for the regional Surveying, Buying and Estimating teams and will lead, coach and develop the team to meet departmental targets and achieve success.

You will develop, review and implement the Company's strategic commercial objectives and be responsible for ensuring accurate financial cost control, budgeting and forecasting.
