There is also a requirement for you to provide back up/holiday support for the onsite printroom operator.

You will be an effective & experienced Production Supervisor and currently working in the print and/or mailing arena. Direct Mail experience would be a bonus.

You will have demonstrable experience in managing & developing a broadly skilled team, shaping, guiding & enhancing operational manufacturing effectiveness.

You must be assertive with an eye for details and a high level of focus.
