You will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of orders through the online ordering system. Estimating jobs, and either producing them through the print room, or through partnered suppliers will be a key part of this role. There is also a requirement for you to provide back up/holiday support for the onsite printroom operator.

You will have the chance to work with big-name brands and some of the country’s most influential creative agencies. We are looking for someone with estimating experience within the print industry, and ideally a good knowledge of production procedures.

You will achieve significant success by thinking ahead of competitors and continuously looking for new sales opportunities. This pivotal role within the company requires a highly innovative individual with a capacity to show innovation; who can bring fresh ideas to the table; think outside the box; and open new avenues.

You will be an effective & experienced Production Supervisor and currently working in the print and/or mailing arena. Direct Mail experience would be a bonus.

You will have demonstrable experience in managing & developing a broadly skilled team, shaping, guiding & enhancing operational manufacturing effectiveness.

You will oversee a portfolio of large, blue chip projects and play a pivotal part in their visual communications world-wide.

You will be responsible for the planning, execution and production/project management of clients’ work from brief to delivery/installation.

You must have the experience to discuss all types of projects with customers, from the simple to the complex. We are looking for someone who really stands out, always thinking of original and exciting ways to serve clients. Customer service must be at the heart of what you do.
