You will be joining a well-established, small general practice firm that provides a full suite of accountancy services, including accounts preparation, management accounts, VAT, payroll, and corporate finance.

You will oversee workflow planning, supervise and mentor junior team members, and contribute to practice development initiatives.

You will provide specialist advice to courts, probation, prison services and MAPPA, and prepare reports for Mental Health Review Tribunals, hospital managers’ hearings, and the Ministry of Justice.

You will actively participate in clinical governance, audits, and risk management processes, supporting quality improvement and compliance with CQC/HIW standards.

You will act as the Responsible Clinician under the Mental Health Act, ensuring the highest standards of psychiatric care across medium and low secure services.

You will provide specialist advice to courts, probation, prison services and MAPPA, and prepare reports for Mental Health Review Tribunals, hospital managers' hearings, and the Ministry of Justice.

You will be assisting in the day to day management of the home and help continue to improve the lives of the individuals we support.

You will play a vital role in both the home and wider organisation, acting as a positive role model to both staff and our supported individuals.
