You will manage a caseload of clients, addressing their emotion, physical and social behavioural needs supporting them to progress towards independence.

You will support our programme of meaningful activity by running group sessions and activities within the accommodation to support residents’ individual development and social engagement.

You will also develop and improve services by identifying issues and risks to service delivery or the safeguarding of adults, children, young people, and their families, ensuring that the Team Manager is aware of high-risk issues.

You must be able to react to immediate problems of a highly complex nature with associated risk factors and deliver immediate solutions, sometimes under extreme pressure.

You will be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents and ensure that you are always there for them.

You will have the maturity to be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, to accept responsibility, handle stress and to grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner.
