You will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team with 4 dedicated sub-teams, each led by a Team Manager and Assistant Team Manager. Duty Social Workers are on duty once every 4 weeks, responding to referrals, completing assessments, and ensuring that children's needs are met efficiently.

You will identify needs and work with children and families to provide support and implement plans. Handling section 47 enquiries, CIN, assessments, and planning will be part of your responsibilities.

You will collaborate with professionals to support children and their families.
