You will join a small - mid size clinical trial supply business who are growing day by day, securing new deals and strengthening relationships. You will regularly attend the Audit, Risk and Assurance Committee to support assurance and audit activity, attend the Board as required on matters relating to financial governance and budget strategy, and participate in quarterly Executive Team performance meetings to advise on financial risk, budget position and organisational performance.

You will lead a small team of designers and be responsible for delivering a wide range of Instrumentation and Telecommunication design deliverables to support the project through design, procurement and construction. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage a design team on greenfield projects, allocating work and monitoring progress and quality.
