You will manage a caseload, provide structured 1:1 and group interventions, deliver care plans, and ensure continuity of care through close collaboration with partner agencies. You will ensure a consistent and coordinated service, assisting the Project Manager with the day-to-day operations of the service. We offer a variety of hours including full-time and part-time roles based on the level of experience you have.

You will have previous experience of working with people in a recovery-focused way who are experiencing mental health problems, either in a community, residential or inpatient setting.
