Could you be a Sense Relief (Bank) Support Worker? We now have an opportunity for a Relief Support Worker to join our service in Dereham, Norfolk. This is a casual Relief Support Worker role, working up to 37.5 hours per week. Sense offers 24 hours support to individuals, 365 days a year. You will encourage new experiences, supporting the young people to develop their own identity. You’ll be patient, thrive in a team environment, able to support those around you and have the emotional intelligence and resilience to manage challenging situations.

You will need to successfully complete an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare before you complete 24 months of Support Work.

You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life. What we're looking for: A genuine passion for supporting others. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.

You will join us on a permanent basis, with Relief hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour.
