This qualification covers workplace hazards, health and safety legislation, and how to design and implement effective safety systems.

You will triage and manage cases, provide clear advice and guidance to customers, and ensure cases progress in line with agreed timescales, policies, and legal requirements.

You will be trusted to manage your own workload, work flexibly, and deliver professional, well-considered reports.

You will be responsible for undertaking fire risk assessments in line with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, as well as completing general risk assessments for residential and commercial premises.
