You will receive ongoing training and coaching from your manager, as well as specific training courses throughout the year to help you develop your management skills and foster upwards career progression. Support will be provided for you to gain your Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

You will work directly within communities, ensuring cases are investigated, monitored, and resolved effectively, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to uphold tenancy conditions and promote safe, sustainable communities.

You will not undertake confined spaces or RPE Equipment activities. - Ability to consistently weld (tack) and fabricate whilst conforming to all hot work safety regulations (Training and supervised). - Ability to assemble mechanical systems to Flotech specification (Training and supervision provided).

You must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

You will need to be flexible with your working hours and be able to work a mixture of days, evenings and weekends.

You must be able to challenge unacceptable behaviour, provide firm boundaries and provide care which meets the needs of the individual Must be able to work as part of a team To follow delegated tasks and handovers.
