You will be responsible for PPMs, fault-finding, remedial works, and minor installations across plumbing and associated mechanical building services. Candidates must be multi-skilled with experience in commercial environments. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across multiple commercial sites.

You will be working within the safeguarding team, a dynamic team, taking a lead on service improvement for the Learning Disabilities & Autism service across BHRUT's two hospital sites.

You will be expected to deputise in the absence of the Lead Nurse Learning Disabilities & Autism and also provide direct line management to the Learning Disability & Autism Nurse.

You will manage end‑to‑end project performance—scope, compliance, programme, cost, quality, and client satisfaction—ensuring all fire door activities meet statutory, regulatory and third‑party accreditation standards.

You will have opportunity to work alongside qualified staff and independently to gain specialist clinical skills working with client's who have spinal pathology requiring management in a spinal orthosis. The post-holder will be delivering clinical and non‐clinical care working in the acute inpatient areas across both BHRUT sites outpatient and community settings.
