You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them rethink how they assess, hire, and develop talent, and guiding them from the first conversation through to close and handover.

You should be a producer first, with account experience. Project management and organisational skills to oversee timelines, budgets, and team deliverables. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and conduct effective meetings. Familiarity with creative processes and the ability to collaborate with creative teams to execute project strategies.

You will develop strong relationships with key customer contacts at all levels of the business to gain an understanding of key business drivers that influence purchasing decisions.
