You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.

You will be supporting the needs of Service Users and working in line with individual care plans.

You will need to maintain records and produce concise and accurate reports while on shift. Essential Requirements:·12 months minimum Experience of working with Service Users who have Learning Disabilities is essential.
