You should be able to tick these boxes:· Administration experience, preferably in a financial planning company · A basic knowledge of investments, pensions and life assurance policies. Financial administration qualifications would be advantageous. Comfortable using different types of technology and systems, including CRM and project management systems, and a range of investment.

You will lead a team of Client Managers and Accountants, ensuring high standards of technical accuracy and client service.

You will also play a key role in practice development, billing, and client relationship management. What you'll need to succeed - AAT or ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience

You will warmly welcome every client, offer expert guidance and support, while confidently managing payments, bookings, and day-to-day coordination through our online scheduling system—so solid computer literacy is essential.

You will work closely and communicate effectively within a supportive team consisting of two other Receptionists, a Practice Manager, a VCA, an RVN, and a Clinical Lead

You will work on all aspects of Private Client matters, including but not limited to Wills, Trusts, and Probate.
