Shift Assistant jobs in Dumfries

You will be required to work 7.5 hours per week 52.14 weeks per year and will require you to work shifts which will include evenings and weekends. This an annualised post, meaning you will not be required to work during our annual shutdown, which normally lasts up to 7 weeks through the summer months.

You will have experience of cash handling and dealing with members of the public.

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will also act as a role model and support the care team to provide compassionate, consistent care in line with best practice standards.
