You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way

You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands on most of the time, working on the line and dining area

You will be a quick learner and able to develop skills in the manufacturing of uPVC windows, doors or aluminium products.

You will be focussed on producing a quality product and meeting deadlines, with a strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction.

You will be highly motivated, with a “can-do” approach, enthusiastic and committed.

You will be assisting with the PPM schedules, reacting to breakdowns and generally keeping the factory in great condition. This is an alternating shift of 6AM to 2PM and 2PM to 10PM, Monday to Friday with overtime paid at 1.5x.

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.
