You will play a key role in connecting with the local community while driving store success.

You will directly lead, coach and inspire all team members on your shift to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times. We’ll give you the knowledge and skills for this role if you can provide the determination and attitude to become an inspiring leader.

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will be required to work 16 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year. Do you have a passion for fitness and looking to be a part of our DG1 team?

You must have a passion for customer care and be able to assist the Lead Fitness Instructor to drive customer sales and retention forward.
