You will work closely with hardware and systems engineers to turn technical concepts into robust, working solutions. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical problem-solving and seeing their work deployed in real-world environments.

You will work closely with the software lead and a small team of engineers responsible for delivering well-engineered, production-ready solutions.

You will lead a small team of Solution Architects, oversee technical engineering resources across Agile Product Teams, and chair the Digital Design Authority (DDA).

You will define and maintain enterprise-level solution architecture across a diverse portfolio of services, supporting the adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and cloud-native tools.

You will be involved in everything from designing and implementing new features to testing software on live systems. The engineer will collaborate with hardware and systems engineers, helping to turn ideas into working products. This is a hands-on and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and wants to see their work in action.

You must have procurement / commercial experience in: concrete (inc. Volumetric concrete), utilities, street works & plant machinery (inc. lifting / crane hire).
