You will work to minimise repeats.

You will review customer complaints and ensure the right action is taken to resolve these.

You will review RAMS for all works to be delivered on the gravity sewer network.

You will support significant incidents (pollution / flooding) and support field-based teams to incident manage the situation.

You will act as the first point of contact and provide support to both customers and Beyond Housing colleagues, with all matters relating to safeguarding, across Beyond Housing's operating area in North Yorkshire and the East Riding of Yorkshire.

You must also have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. As this is a leadership role, you should have a minimum of three years management experience, ideally in a complex care setting.

You will have previous experience in achieving good or outstanding outcomes with the CQC, ensuring exceptional care for the individuals we support.

You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills by collaborating with other teachers in the department, where you will share ideas on how to further develop the curriculum.
