You will work closely with senior project managers, designers, and production teams, gaining responsibility across high-quality joinery manufacture and installation projects while being supported with clear training and long-term career development. You will be responsible for producing detailed mechanical designs and specifications, supporting the delivery of projects to agreed time, cost, and quality targets.

You will work closely with other engineering and design disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery and will regularly use AutoCAD, Revit, IES, and Amtech as part of the design process.

You will lead shifts, guide staff practice, and play a key part in shaping the daily experience and long‑term outcomes of the children and young people in the home.
