You must also have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. As this is a leadership role, you should have a minimum of three years management experience, ideally in a complex care setting.

You will have previous experience in achieving good or outstanding outcomes with the CQC, ensuring exceptional care for the individuals we support.

You will display excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with integrated care partners as a member of a team as well as autonomously, following a thorough induction period.

You will strive to promote a culture where care is safe, timely and well-coordinated for patients with diabetes.

You will be using a wide range of your nursing skills as we provide a variety of support from complex wound management, catheter care, palliative care and diabetes management. Throughout your day you may be working independently but we like to meet up for lunch and discuss what's going on and what support we can offer each other.
