You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community.

You will lead a SeeByte software engineering team, delivering technology solutions and projects to SeeByte’s customers.

You will lead core GCP quality activities including quality system oversight, audit planning and execution, and regulatory inspection readiness. This role offers the opportunity to influence quality strategy, shape inspection preparedness, and drive continuous improvement across a growing clinical portfolio.

You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key enterprise clients.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification and solution positioning to contract negotiation and post-sale handoff, while collaborating closely with internal partners including Solution Executives, Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Customer Success.

You must also have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. As this is a leadership role, you should have a minimum of three years management experience, ideally in a complex care setting.

You will have previous experience in achieving good or outstanding outcomes with the CQC, ensuring exceptional care for the individuals we support.

You will initially be based in Exeter, before transitioning to the Plymouth site for the duration of the project, which is scheduled for completion in December 2028. Key Responsibilities - Lead all electrical elements of the project, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
