You will manage a caseload of children & families

You will manage a complex caseload, demonstrating expert and effective social work practice, and assess and manage high levels of risk while striking a balance between support and control to protect people from harm.

You will have experience working within Mental Health Care and Support Teams, supporting adults with mental health needs. As the post-holder, you will undertake social care assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014 and hold a caseload of service users requiring complex case management.
