You will manage the wellbeing, performance, and development of retail stores/teams, whilst ensuring retail stores are on brand, operationally excellent and compliant in line with the Rituals guidelines.

You will lead and set the vision and direction with each store manager in terms of customer experience, store performance, targets, KPI's, team development and training.

You will co‐ordinate the day to day running of all on‐site activities in line with the specific framework requirements. This is a full‐time permanent role and will be based at our Newry office with regular attendance to sites along with working from home typically one day a week.

You will manage client expectations, sit on tender and progress meetings, work closely with design andmercial teams, and ensure each project is carried out to the highest standard and quality, while ensuring safe practices are maintained by your site teams.

You will be able tomute to the office in County Down and travel if required (no overnights).

You will be responsiblefrom concept through to launch with a strategic focus on both long term and short term objectives and direction for the business.

You will have gained significant experience within a similar role and ideally educated to third level within a relavent discsipline.
