You will be an experienced HR generalist with a strong background in operational or manufacturing environments.

You will foster a high-performance culture focused on both financial and behavioural KPIs, whilst capitalising on new retail opportunities. As our Retail Store Manager, you'll lead by example with exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

You will be stepping into a proven, revenue-generating desk, not starting from zero.

You will have full P&L responsibility for the US Civil Engineering division and be trusted to operate with autonomy, authority, and accountability.

You will remain actively billing until there are at least five billing consultants in the US team.

You will ensure commercial performance, strengthen relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow major retail customer accounts - Monitor performance vs. budgets and retailer KPIs

You will have the drive and talent to push the department forward; working to achieve agreed KPI’s and brand standards.

You must be able demonstrate a profitable and successful track record of delivering outstanding results as well as delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 4pm) on a rotational basis, with time off in lieu.
