You will support the sales team with day to day administration and play an important role in maintaining service standards and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Preparing and issuing quotes, proposals and order confirmations within agreed timescales, including follow up to support conversion

You will work closely with the Estimating department through the bid to; Review tender bills, prelims, projects brief etc. to identify both risk and opportunity. Review of subcontractor and supplier enquiries. Engagement with key trades - develop relationships with supply chain.

You will have the opportunity to shadow experienced trainers in both classroom delivery and practical workshop tasks, ensuring you gain confidence, knowledge and hands-on experience before taking the lead. This structured support is designed to help you succeed and grow within this role.

You will also participate in and deliver tool box talks and safety updates to staff. A knowledge of construction and experience in plumbing supervision is an essential requirement along with a knowledge of mechanical services and recognised plumbing qualifications.
