You will act as the first point of contact for all designated Partner departments, providing a robust HR service to help support, develop and enhance business performance. Providing advice on a wide range of HR issues and ensuring adherence to company policies and employment legislation.

You will hold a varied and multiple employee relations case load including sickness absence, bullying and harassment, grievance, conduct, performance management, reasonable adjustments.

You will consider and balance employee and business risks in your advice, and coach managers to find resolutions that meet business need.

You will operate at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing planning, and digital transformation, applying lean principles and data-driven insight to create robust, future-ready production systems without compromising the exceptional quality Rolls-Royce is known for.
