You will be based at either our City or Coach Lane campus as part of the IT Application Support team within Digital Technology and Transformation Services. You will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to end-users within our established customer base.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing/replacing hardware, software, network, and other ICT-related issues promptly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

You will ensure that all support calls and requests are dealt with appropriately and in accordance with defined policies and procedures.

You will also contribute to the ongoing improvement of data quality and system performance throughout the organisation. Responsibilities:Provide assistance, advice, and fault resolution to users of IT equipment, systems and network.

You must be able to produce ALL certificates stated essential in the person specification or you will not be able to complete pre-employment checks.

You must have been employed for a minimum of two years as a HCA within the NHS for the Trust to consider sponsorship (we will only consider sponsorship if you meet this criteria and have a current visa expiring within 3 months).
