You will ensure the team is set up to accept, prioritize and deliver work for multiple products/projects and deliver to client’s standards with enduring quality. Your responsibilities:

You will act on behalf of the lenders, providing independent technical oversight of PFI assets within the healthcare and education sectors.

You will join a company that has operated successfully in the market for over 20 years and is currently in an exciting growth phase, expanding from a team of 24 to 36 professionals.

You will be expected to build strong trusted relationships with our customers ensuring we completely understand their needs and system requirements. As a Project Manager you will assist our business development team in generating accurate and compelling proposals in the support of generating new business.

You will design innovative, accessible learning solutions using e-learning platforms, blended/hybrid approaches, and data-driven evaluation. The role requires adapting to diverse audiences, legislation, and emerging technologies while aligning learning with organisational strategy and long-term priorities.

You will identify and capitalise on every sales opportunity, through management of staff and resources, and inspiring your customers with the perfect solutions for their requirements.

You should be 1 -2 years post qualification (ACCA, ICAS, ICEAW), with experience in practice

You will enjoy working directly with clients from a range of sectors.

You will have excellent IT skills and have a proven ability to retain knowledgeStrong communication skills both oral and written

You will be experienced at working with young people including positive ways to address challenging behaviour, and you will have experience of delivering fun and safe activities for young people outside of formal training periods.

You will demonstrate maturity and professionalism, and be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work.

You will earn a competitive salary of £24,740.74 to £25,855.80 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including: £13.79 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.

You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference.

You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
