You will play a key role in ensuring customers are confident in using blood glucose and ketone monitoring systems while contributing to an excellent customer experience. Regular travel across the region, including overnight stays and occasional unsocial hours, is required. Initial product training and team meetings may also involve travel to our UK head office in West Sussex.

You will have the opportunity to shadow experienced trainers in both classroom delivery and practical workshop tasks, ensuring you gain confidence, knowledge and hands-on experience before taking the lead. This structured support is designed to help you succeed and grow within this role.

You will be expected to develop towards a full Technical Superintendent position (after completing training/familiarisation period). Due to the requirements of the job, the successful candidate will be expected to live within reasonable travelling distance of Glasgow. Applicants must hold the current, full and unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.

You will work closely with the Estimating department through the bid to; Review tender bills, prelims, projects brief etc. to identify both risk and opportunity. Review of subcontractor and supplier enquiries. Engagement with key trades - develop relationships with supply chain.
