You will be managing the Temps desk. The ideal candidate will be excited to get face to face with all clients, developing relationships and making a difference to the careers of your candidates, and client workforce.

You will be responsible for building and developing your own clients and bringing candidates to market on behalf of your new client base.

You will be the bridge between complex legacy environments and a modern, automated future. The Impact You'll Make - Architect the Lifecycle: Take ownership of the "Joiners, Movers, Leavers" journey, ensuring identity transitions are automated, secure, and lightning-fast.

You must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent). Experience: Proven experience working directly with children and young people in a professional care setting.

You will play a key role in supporting the rollout of Phase 2 of our new purchase ordering (PO) system, providing training, stakeholder support, and expert guidance in procurement processes to ensure successful adoption.

You will also support Phase 1 to improve PO usage across the organisation.
