You will be working with clients who have a mixture of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Technical knowledge of cradle to grave pensions administration is required, a thorough understand of scheme rules and current legislation and project management.

You will be joining a growing company, with long term opportunities in successful, close knit team.

You will support the Client Onboarding Advisor in the smooth and efficient onboarding of new clients and the ongoing administration of existing client’s documentation

You will liaise directly with new and existing clients to collect and verify CDD documentation whilst also working closely with legal, tax and Risk & Compliance colleagues

You will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable in holding senior client meetings. Commercial acumen and leadership experience will be key along with stakeholder management experience and the ability to identify areas of strength and weakness and address any shortcomings in service.

You will be working on a variety of projects; working alongside our market-leading de-risking team to assist schemes as they prepare for buy-out/buy in, assisting with GMP data preparedness and the future Pensions Dashboard. Other work will include helping schemes meet their regulatory data requirements and supporting the wider data team on internal projects (such as new business transition).

You will also be engaging collaboratively by cultivating connections with internal teams and external partners, including clients and pension providers.

You will be working with clients who have a mixture of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes.

You will be joining a growing company, with long term opportunities in successful, close knit team in Glasgow but part of a national set up. As staff safety is paramount, this role will be home based for the foreseeable so can be based anywhere.
